In 2013 the Psychology Prize winners (Laurent Bègue [FRANCE], Brad Bushman [USA, UK, the NETHERLANDS, POLAND], Oulmann Zerhouni [FRANCE], Baptiste Subra [FRANCE])  wrote the paper “‘Beauty Is in the Eye of the Beer Holder’: People Who Think They Are Drunk Also Think They Are Attractive,”. (British Journal of Psychology, vol. 104, no. 2 pp 225)

In 2011 the Physics winners (Philippe Perrin, Cyril Perrot, Dominique Deviterne and Bruno Ragaru (of FRANCE), and Herman Kingma (of the NETHERLANDS)) looked into why discus throwers become dizzy, and why hammer throwers don’t, in Acta Oto-laryngologica vol 120, no 3 pp 390-5 titled “Dizziness in Discus Throwers is Related to Motion Sickness Generated While Spinning,”
