Screen Studies is a digital platform taking users from script to screen and beyond – offering a broad range of content from Bloomsbury and Faber & Faber to support moving image studies.

It comprises a collection of award-winning screenplays, critical and contextual books on film from the late nineteenth century to the present, and an interactive timeline of cinema history. Starting with an initial 300 screenplays and books, and updated annually, Screen Studies is a resource for academics and students engaged in research and learning around film history, theory and practice.

Trial access: SAE Mobilus

Trial access is now available to the SAE Mobilus online library of journals, technical papers and standards in mobility engineering via this link.

This trial is only available on campus as it has not been possible to set up off campus via EZproxy and SAE Mobilus does not enable Shibboleth access for institutional trials.

The trial will end on close of business on March 31, 2018.

The SAE Mobilus platform includes over 200,000 resources covering a wide range of technologies surrounding the aerospace, automotive, and commercial vehicle industries.  Content includes aerospace standards, ground vehicle standards, aerospace material specifications, technical papers, eBooks, magazines, video, and journals.  An overview of the platform is available here.

Launching of the digital cartography tool: Mapping the Enlightenment

The research team of the project Mapping the Enlightenment: Intellectual Networks and the Making of Knowledge in the European Periphery  is thrilled to announce the release of an online digital cartography tool which provides historical information about the travels of Greek-speaking scholars during the European Enlightenment Era through a modern interactive environment!
